Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Greeting and Seating: Warmly greet guests upon arrival, manage waitlists, and show guests to their tables.
  • Takeout and Delivery: Manage all incoming and outgoing takeout orders, including accepting orders over the phone and delivering them to guests.
  • Table Management: Assist in bussing, cleaning, and sanitizing tables as needed to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the serving team to maximize guest service and ensure a seamless dining experience.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, are essential for this role.
  • Organizational Skills: High level of organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
