About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our culinary team at Heritage Restaurant Group. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring that dishes are washed and stored properly, and assisting with food preparation as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized dish area, including washing and sorting dishes, and prepping foods as needed.
  • Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks, and maintain clean/dry floors throughout the shift.
  • Properly wash, stack, and store plates, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
  • Change water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly use chemical dilutions set by EcoLab.
  • Assist in the timely storing of food deliveries, maintain trash cans throughout the shift, and remove full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves, and assist in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the kitchen management as needed.
Requirements
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • The ability to work in a team.
