Job Title: Fire Alarm Technician

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join our team at CyberCoders. As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with NFPA standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, replace, and install fire alarm systems
  • Program and repair fire alarm systems to NFPA standards
  • Inspect and program fire alarm systems
  • Identify code and non-conformance issues and prepare accurate service reports
  • Travel to job sites as per schedule
  • Collaborate and communicate with clients with strong customer service
  • Work on an on-call rotational schedule
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of fire alarm service, repair, and troubleshooting experience
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • NFPA Code Knowledge
  • OSHA 10/30 Certification
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Ability to work on-call, as needed
  • Active NICET Certification is a plus
  • Other Fire licenses may be required based on state or local regulations
