Administrative Project Specialist

Davis & Green Services is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will support the planning, execution, and completion of various construction-related projects. To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a project management or construction environment. Familiarity with construction or job cost software is a plus, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. You should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
