About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in Richmond, VA, to fill a Benefits & Claims Clerk position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Claims Processing: Process claims and benefits with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Support: Assist claimants, families, and providers with questions and offer solutions.
  • Record Management: Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Communication: Handle phone inquiries, follow-ups, and scheduled callbacks.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in claims processing or benefits administration.
  • Skills: Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related systems.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

A competitive salary of $45,000.00 per year, along with a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
