About the Role

The Breeden Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day on-site administration activities, including maintaining project progress schedules and coordinating material deliveries with internal resources and subcontractors.
  • Communicate daily with the Lead Superintendent/Superintendent on site activities, issues, and progress.
  • Assist in documenting daily construction activities via field reports and upload to the Project Manager folder daily.
  • Maintain and enforce job site safety and security measures, including weekly safety compliance inspections and safety talks at production meetings.
  • Coordinate temporary facilities for the project, such as dumpsters, portable restrooms, construction trailers, generators, etc.
  • Solve problems and handle conflict resolution related to field activities.
  • Assist in maintaining project records, including plans, specifications, submittals, construction change directives, change orders, and closeout documentation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of multi-family field management experience.
  • Exceptional ability to read, analyze, and understand design documents, blueprints, and Microsoft Project Schedules.
  • Experience organizing, filing, creating spreadsheets, and mathematical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and a safety-conscious individual.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
