Job Overview
As a Guest Services Reservations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to exceptional service while contributing to the overall success of the company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering prompt, efficient, and courteous service for all suite reservation inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and information requests.
- Assisting owners with their inquiries through written correspondence, emails, and phone communications.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of resort facilities, services, operational hours, suite layouts, bed types, and decor.
- Keeping track of suite availability, including rates, types, and any ongoing promotions.
- Ensuring that all guests receive the highest standards of hospitality, whether in person or over the phone.
- Accessing and updating guest records to provide optimal service and maintaining accurate information in individual files.
- Preparing and processing all reservations, including various types of bookings and special contracted rates.
- Managing maintenance fee payments and processing confirmation letters for owners.
- Reviewing pending reservations for accuracy and assigning rooms for incoming guests.
- Handling incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
