Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead the forecasting process for deposit units and transactions, monitoring progress toward benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Present strategic insights to senior leaders to drive decision-making.
  • Manage a team of analysts and provide mentorship to junior staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (MIS, Computer Science, Data Analytics, etc.).
  • 8+ years of experience in product, marketing, finance, or analytics, with expertise in evaluating complex business problems and devising recommendations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the banking industry, with a focus on deposit products.
  • Proven ability to analyze product performance, develop actionable insights, and build expansive product performance workbooks.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced experience in mining and analyzing large volumes of data, using SAS/SQL/R/Python for data analysis.
  • Advanced data visualization and presentation skills using Looker Studio/Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
About the Role

This is a backfill role with annual bonus potential, but no equity provided. The position is onsite with no flexible work hours. We offer clear career advancement opportunities within the Data and Analytics team, Pricing Team, or Product Management.
