Job Description and Duties

Under the general supervision of the Deputy Treasurer and Staff Services Manager I, the Office Assistant performs a wide variety of functions involving initiative and independent judgment, the evaluation of complex situations and taking appropriate action.

This position is office-centered 5 days a week.

This position requires the ability to type at a minimum speed as designated on the Class Specifications. A valid typing certificate confirming the ability to meet the minimum typing speed is required prior to being hired.
