About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team at Preventive Pest Control. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Inbound Calls and Schedule Appointments: Respond to customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and troubleshoot accounts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make Outbound Calls to Schedule Appointments and Collect Payments: Proactively reach out to customers to schedule appointments and collect payments, ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently.
  • Ensure Customer Account Information is Up-to-Date: Verify and update customer account information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Create Records of Customer Interactions and Follow Up: Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure that all questions have been addressed and concerns have been resolved.
  • Respond Promptly and Courteously to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule Pest Control Services and Coordinate Appointments: Schedule pest control services and coordinate appointments with customers to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Provide Information about Pest Control Services, Pricing, and Procedures: Educate customers about our pest control services, pricing, and procedures to ensure that they are fully informed.
  • Address Customer Concerns or Issues with Empathy and Professionalism: Address customer concerns or issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience.
  • Maintain Accurate and Detailed Records of Customer Interactions and Transactions: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure compliance and quality service.
  • Collaborate with the Pest Control Team to Ensure Efficient Service Delivery: Collaborate with the pest control team to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality customer experiences.
  • Upsell Additional Services or Products Based on Customer Needs: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Stay Informed about Pest Control Industry Trends and Company Offerings: Stay informed about pest control industry trends and company offerings to ensure that customers receive the most up-to-date information.
Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to Multitask and Prioritize: Possess the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Proficient Computer Skills: Possess proficient computer skills for data entry and utilizing customer management systems.
  • Previous Experience in Customer Service or a Related Field: Possess previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer interface and interaction.
