Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Adecco USA is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and emails
  • Conduct outreach phone calls and emails
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Recognize and follow call flows with scripts
  • Research and review customer inquiries
  • Research information using multiple systems and relay research findings and outcomes to customers
  • Identify and escalate appropriate issues
  • Clearly document call information and encounters in call logs
  • Recognize and alert management of risk and trends
  • Quickly transition from one task to another
  • Maintain a professional demeanor
  • Provide excellent listening, verbal, and written communication
Requirements:
  • 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • 1 year of call center environment experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with computers: Experience using the internet, email via Outlook, etc.
  • Data entry experience
  • Listening, verbal, and written communication experience
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) experience
  • Internet access sufficient to handle calls received via the Internet
  • Quiet and private remote work location

Pay Details:

$18.00 to $20.00 per hour
