Job Title: Director of Public Relations and Influencer Marketing

Bubble Skincare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Public Relations and Influencer Marketing to lead our brand's external communications and partnerships. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR and influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement PR strategies to support product launches, events, and other brand-building activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders to secure impactful coverage and collaborations.
  • Lead the planning and execution of PR events and influencer activations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Manage a team of PR and influencer marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in PR and influencer marketing, ideally in the beauty, skincare, or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful PR and influencer campaigns across multiple regions.
  • Strong network of media contacts and influencers in beauty, lifestyle, and wellness spaces.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Compensation:

$105,000 - $150,000 annually
