About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Angeion Group LLC. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of class action cases, ensuring timely and efficient processing of claims, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support case management company-wide by performing skip traces, assisting with escalated claimant communication situations, and organizing the company's document retention initiative.
  • Directly support the management of cases with Project Management staff, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Assist with implementing the detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Monitor and communicate the status of projects with respect to milestones, schedule commitments, and ensure timely updates.
  • Assist with the coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Assist with the creation and execution of case invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Review the documentation pertaining to settlement agreement, ensuring a full and deep understanding of the case.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a Paralegal.
  • Financial, insurance, and legal industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of productivity while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication, and research skills a must.
  • Ability to be flexible to adapt and act quickly when urgent matters require it.
  • Ability to work and maintain patience with diversified individuals of various ethnic backgrounds and professional competencies.
  • Project a positive, professional image toward clients, vendors, and staff in all interactions and situations.
  • Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
  • Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
