Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at MAT Holdings, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our Retail Lawn & Garden business through existing relationships and new growth platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership and management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement sales plans and forecasts to optimize business performance

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in major account management
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and management
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
