Clinical Educator

Dartmouth Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to support the development of clinical skills in staff. The ideal candidate will maintain clinical skills, facilitate ongoing education and just-in-time training, and collaborate with leadership to incorporate organizational priorities into educational planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with surgical services' leadership team to identify educational plans and coordinate programs that meet identified needs.
- Develop and maintain an orientation program for newly hired staff, in collaboration with supervisors.
- Develop and maintain a competency program for clinical, technical, and administrative support staff, in collaboration with supervisors.
- Track ongoing competency compliance and report exceptions to surgical services' leaders quarterly.
- Collaborate with content experts and leadership team to update policies and procedures as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current NH RN license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
$85,000 - $110,000 per year.
