About the Opportunity

D-H Lebanon-MHMH is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Support Professional to support our healthcare team in delivering exceptional patient care. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our physicians to provide quality care and support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Clinical Practice: Assist in collecting assessment data, reporting progress to providers, and documenting care provided.
  • Triage and Communication: Triages phone calls from patients, assessing symptoms, analyzing urgency of needs, and advising on simple treatments or referring them for immediate care as needed.
Requirements
  • Clinical Experience: 0-1 year of experience in a clinical setting is required.
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school with a current state license as appropriate.
