**Job Summary:**
Dartmouth Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to support the development of clinical skills in our staff. The successful candidate will collaborate with our surgical services' leadership team to identify educational needs and coordinate programs that meet those requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, experience working in a hospital setting, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are passionate about education and want to make a meaningful impact on our patients' care, we encourage you to apply.

Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the surgical services' leadership team to identify educational needs and develop programs to meet those requirements.
  • Provide ongoing education and training to clinical and technical staff to enhance their clinical competence.
  • Maintain a consistent presence in the clinical areas to identify educational needs and provide just-in-time learning opportunities.
  • Work effectively with other departments to facilitate the work required to support staff education.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current NH RN license.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification.
  • BSN required or enrolled in BSN program with expected completion within 2 years.
  • Master's degree preferred.
