Salary Information
The estimated hourly salary for this position is $26.39, reflecting the competitive compensation offered by DYOPATH.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a tech-savvy Desktop Support Analyst I to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our IT support team, you will provide top-notch technical support for PCs, laptops, software, and peripherals, resolving user-reported hardware and software issues.
- You will work closely with end-users to provide face-to-face, phone, or chat support, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- You will be responsible for creating and maintaining knowledge-base articles, empowering your colleagues to troubleshoot like pros.
You will also perform updates for Microsoft security patches, anti-virus files, and other software, ensuring our systems remain secure and up-to-date.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or four years of comparable work experience.
- A+ Certified preferred, but not a must.
- Intermediate knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting, and working knowledge of MS O365 Suite.
