Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join Techfusion Inc as an IT Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software, ensuring seamless operation for our cloud-based clients.
  • Resolve issues via phone, in-person, or electronically, delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements to enhance system efficiency and performance.
  • Track customer issues and resolutions, maintaining accurate records and facilitating timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, with proficiency in DNS, VPN, DHCP, RDP, Remote Access Tools, Firewalls, and Antivirus software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude, with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
