We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Uptime Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot a range of technical issues experienced by our clients, including Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Office, printers and scanners, and various customer applications.
  • Utilize our PSA platform to log and respond to support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Identify and escalate higher-level issues to a senior engineer for further assistance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools to ensure effective support delivery.

Requirements

• Passion for technology and self-development
• Experience working for a managed service provider
• Knowledge of Autotask RMM or PSA
