Job Title: Care Manager Lead

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Manager Lead to join our team. As a Care Manager Lead, you will be responsible for providing supervisory support to our care team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervisory support to care team members, including taking attendance, managing call-offs, and sending open shift messages.
  • Support team members in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care and services to residents, including bathing, grooming, and personal care.
  • Encourage personalized and meaningful resident participation in life enrichment programming and ADLs.
  • Accurately document care and services provided to residents, reviewing care manager documentation throughout the shift.
  • Ensure compliance with Sunrise's Timekeeping and Meal/Rest Period policies, monitoring team member break schedules and durations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED strongly preferred and may be required per state regulations.
  • Ability to read, write, communicate effectively with care managers, community managers, residents, and family members.
  • Medication Management Certificate required; ongoing training and re-education per Sunrise and state requirements.
  • Previous experience working with seniors and desire to serve and care for seniors.
