Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers in a diligent, courteous, and professional manner while collecting payments.
  • Utilize knowledge of cash management procedures and best practices to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Implement set strategies for collection procedures and monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
  • Gather and verify customers' personal and credit information to initiate processes for the collection of payments.
  • Retain customer loyalty while maintaining and updating records of customers from whom collections are made.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and ability to work in a team setting.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
  • Patience and ability to manage stressful work situations.
  • Weekend and Holiday availability.
  • Must be Bilingual (Spanish).
