Key Responsibilities- Interact with customers in a diligent, courteous, and professional manner while collecting payments.
- Utilize knowledge of cash management procedures and best practices to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Implement set strategies for collection procedures and monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Gather and verify customers' personal and credit information to initiate processes for the collection of payments.
- Retain customer loyalty while maintaining and updating records of customers from whom collections are made.
- Proven experience in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and ability to work in a team setting.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
- Patience and ability to manage stressful work situations.
- Weekend and Holiday availability.
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish).
