About the Role
CaptionCall, LLC is seeking a Customer Service and Support Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service and Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting issues, and promoting the CaptionCall service. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently.

In this position, you will interact with customers to resolve issues, provide training on how to use the CaptionCall phone, and promote the service. You will also assist with lead generation activities, guide other CaptionCall activities, and make recommendations for expanding the breadth and reach of the business. Additionally, you will maintain accurate customer records, complete required reports, and submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. They must also be able to drive and travel via air as needed, possess a reliable, licensed, and insured vehicle available at all times, and maintain a good driving record. The estimated salary for this position is $15.00-$20.00 per hour, plus piece rate compensation for completed installations.
