Job Description
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service representative to join our team in McAllen, TX. As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for providing superior support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, while also promoting Kemper's products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of previous customer service experience
- Fluent Spanish/English communication skills
- Pleasant telephone demeanor and multitasking skills
- PC experience with typing speed of 3,000 KSH or 25 WPM with an error ratio of less than 5%
