About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our customers as an Insurance Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering timely and professional assistance with inquiries, complaints, and policy changes.

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding insurance products and services.
  • Process policy applications, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Handle billing and payment inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns or issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, and update information as needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: $52,000 per year

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services an asset.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
