IT Help Desk Manager

Leader Communications Inc is seeking a highly skilled IT Help Desk Manager to lead our team and provide management and supervision to ensure all requests and tickets are prioritized, addressed, and resolved within required timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage tickets and requests from users, ensuring timely resolution and meeting performance requirements.
- Schedule and monitor tasks assigned to the team, providing training, coaching, and support for team members.
- Provide metrics and status on help desk activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Provide technical support for the full range of IT tickets and requests from users, including computer troubleshooting and mobile device support.
- Bachelor's degree in IT-related field preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of related experience, with CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
