Senior Security Operations Manager, Special Programs

We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Operations Manager to join our team at RTX in Tewksbury, MA. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of cost-effective security procedures and ensure compliance with all regulations.
About the Role:
This onsite position requires a strong background in Industrial Security, Information Assurance/Cyber, Special Programs, or military/government information security programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years' experience working in a similar capacity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement local SOPs, OPSEC Plans, and security procedures
- Support classified meetings and visits for company executives and customers
- Implement the PERSEC program
- Maintain the operational readiness of SAPFs/SCIFs
- Conduct internal reviews and Government inspections
- Investigate security infractions/violations and prepare reports
Requirements:
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Business Management, or similar curriculum
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in Industrial Security, Information Assurance/Cyber, Special Programs, security management, military, or government information security programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience utilizing DISS and JADE
- At least 6 years of National Security experience
- Completed related training and/or certification with DCSA and/or CDSE
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
