About the Role:
Serve as the Principal Security Analyst for Special Programs at RTX, ensuring compliance with regulations including NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 series, and ICD-705 Technical Specification. Provide daily support and oversight to SAPFs and SCIFS.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement cost-effective security procedures, develop local SOPs, OPSEC Plans, and security procedures, support classified meetings and visits, implement the PERSEC program, maintain SAPFs/SCIFs operational readiness, and support company projects related to SOPs, procedures, plans, and facility construction.

Requirements:
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance, U.S. citizenship, bachelor's degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Business Management, or similar curriculum, and at least 5 years' experience working in Industrial Security, Information Assurance/Cyber, Special Programs, security management, military, or government information security programs. Previous experience in Special Programs Security (PSO, CPSO, GSSO, SSO) supporting SAP and/or SCI Programs is also preferred.
