Job Title: Asset Control Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Asset Control Specialist to join our Virtual Service Operations team. As an Asset Control Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an efficient asset tracking system using Excel and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an efficient asset tracking system using Excel and ServiceNow.
  • Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical assets with the database.
  • Optimize inventory levels, negotiate vendor contracts, and reduce asset-related costs.
  • Generate insightful reports on asset utilization, depreciation, and lifecycle costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate asset management processes seamlessly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in asset management or warehouse operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and asset management software, with a preference for ServiceNow.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
