Tree House Brewing Company is a dynamic and rapidly growing brewery that seeks an experienced Assistant Hospitality Manager to lead its Tewksbury facility. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to oversee our retail and merchandise space, beer-to-go outpost, golf course, cocktail program, private events, and pizza program.

Estimated Salary:$65,000-$80,000 per year.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Assistant Hospitality Manager to join our team at Tree House Brewing Company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Tewksbury facility, including leading personnel, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of our Tewksbury facility, including leading personnel, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, programs, and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to our company values, mission, and vision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree in hospitality, hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in policy and protocol adherence, product knowledge, labor costs, and operational know-how.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
