Job Title: Account Executive

At RJ Young, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting daily from a defined list of major accounts, maintaining and upgrading current customer base, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota with acceptable profitability, and demonstrating and training on products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting daily from a defined list of major accounts

  • Demonstrating and training on products and services
  • Identifying and providing solutions for current business problems
Essential Activities:
  • Daily cold calling/telemarketing
  • Planning daily activities, territory management, database management
  • Demonstrating equipment/perfecting demo skills
  • Completing paperwork, meetings
  • Closing and presenting presentations
  • Conflict Management with customers
  • Execution of Five Steps Sales Process
  • On-going Training
