Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Synectic Solutions, Inc. (SSI). As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex development efforts aligned with our customer's needs, ensuring all deliverables are completed and submitted on time, and managing programs subcontracts via proper flow-down of requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage stakeholder expectations, including customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Manage and report on project progress, including status updates, issues, and lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Project Manager in a government contracting environment.
  • U.S. Citizenship & Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
  • (3) years of related technical experience supporting PBL-O)/ DEPOT systems, equipment, and programs.
  • (3) years' experience in managing PBL-O / DEPOT programs, which includes technology assessment, and acquisition planning and management.
  • Bachelor's of Science Degree in in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business for an accredited university.
