Key Responsibilities:
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among residents, subcontractors, client representatives, and the project team to ensure project success.
- Collaborate closely with the project and site management teams to uphold high standards of customer service, addressing and resolving any concerns that arise.
Specific Duties:
- Maintain strong working relationships with client representatives to streamline communication and minimize redundancy.
- Implement customer service protocols tailored to the needs of residents.
- Coordinate with the site team and Project Manager to facilitate project operations.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry for the in-house management system.
- Conduct weekly updates on delivery receipts and ensure documentation is managed appropriately.
- Assist in weekly stock takes and communicate findings to the head office.
- Manage alerts and follow up on outstanding issues regularly.
- Verify right to work documentation for subcontractors and maintain accurate records.
- Draft communications for residents and other stakeholders.
- Work with the project management team to resolve resident issues promptly and effectively.
- Document all resident concerns and resolutions systematically.
- Escalate unresolved matters to the Customer Service Manager as necessary.
