We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and develop strategic plans to meet their benefits needs
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations for benefits programs

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimal benefits design

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth
  • Strong knowledge of benefits products, including medical, vision, dental, life, and ancillary lines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams
  • Current Life & Health license
