Compensation Structure:
Your earnings potential is determined by your performance through our commission-based model. In recent evaluations, the average income for agents meeting sales benchmarks was approximately $124,000. Individual performance will dictate your earnings. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, in addition to a 401k plan and pension options.

•Digital Resources: In addition to training, New York Life will furnish you with essential tools for daily success, including access to experts for support and a suite of digital sales, marketing, and prospecting tools designed to help you engage and retain clients through various online channels.
•Product Offerings: In collaboration with our subsidiaries, New York Life offers a diverse array of products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products such as mutual funds through our broker-dealer, NYLIFE Securities LLC. This enables you to tailor solutions that assist clients in achieving their financial aspirations. You may also choose to specialize in areas such as wealth management and advisory services through our investment advisory division.
