About the Role:

The Financial Services Sales Support Manager will play a critical role in creating a positive culture that delivers exceptional customer experiences through efficient operations. You will oversee an internal sales support team, providing support to Wealth Management Advisors, Wealth Management Consultants, and Investment Advisor Representatives to increase investment advisory, brokerage, and mutual fund sales while improving operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in increasing operational efficiencies by providing end-user support, training, and best practices for client relationship management systems and related business processes.
  • Support the implementation and integration of new products and systems by developing training materials and providing ongoing support.
  • Work with Regional Sales Directors, IAR Business Consultant, and VP of Financial Services Sales to evaluate the effectiveness of WMA/WMC/IAR programs and sales systems.
  • Partner with Financial Services Operations and Agency Support to create and support an effective program for WMAs/WMCs/IARs for Financial Services sales support.
  • Provide daily oversight and management of the Financial Services Sales Specialist(s), including hiring, training, delegation, best practices, and discipline.

Requirements:

  • College degree (Business or Marketing preferred) or equivalent plus three years of relevant experience required.
  • FINRA Series 7, 63, 65/66 recommended and all required online learning.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to train and develop staff.
  • Exceptional customer, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have good problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office product knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must keep current with existing and pending governmental rules and regulations.
  • A valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required.
