Automotive Service Advisor

Brakes Plus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service operations, and leading a team of technicians and service personnel.
Key Responsibilities:- Directly interact with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Supervise and coach service department teammates to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
- Manage service operations, including scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Evaluate performance and productivity of service department personnel
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Service Advisor/Writer role
- Outstanding leadership and store management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop professional relationships with customers and team members
- Competitive salary range: $35,000 - $60,000 per year
