Job Summary

$16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, and polish floors using industrial equipment.
  • Specialized Tasks: Dust and wash walls, ceilings, and light fixtures; clean windows and ledges; and remove trash and heavy lifting.
  • Carpeted Areas: Empty waste baskets, dust and clean office furniture, vacuum all carpeting, and spot clean soiled areas.
  • Lunchroom/Break Areas: Empty waste baskets, wipe and clean table tops and chairs, vending machines, and appliances.
  • Restrooms: Empty waste baskets, clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals; sweep and mop floors with disinfectant.
  • Non-Carpeted Areas: Empty waste baskets, sweep and spot mop tile floors, and complete damp mop tile floors.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 6 months of experience in commercial facilities and building janitorial work desired.
  • Skills: Good listening and verbal communication skills; ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
Work Environment

Small-to-large office environment; safety glasses required for certain tasks; fast-paced work environment.
