Position Title: Producer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Producer with a strong background in audio content creation, particularly in the podcasting arena. This role involves collaborating with the production team to record and edit various shows weekly, working closely with diverse talent and hosts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the scheduling of studio sessions and coordinate recordings with talent and the production team.
  • Engage in studio recordings and perform weekly audio editing for podcasts.
  • Handle multiple podcast shows on a weekly basis.
  • Manage the release timelines and distribution of content.
  • Collaborate with talent on content development initiatives.
  • Facilitate ad placements and distribution in conjunction with talent.
  • Assist hosts and the production team in crafting episode notes and titles/descriptions.
  • Provide necessary links and resources in show notes for hosts, guests, and advertisers.
  • Analyze performance metrics and communicate insights to talent and leadership on a monthly basis.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in podcast production is highly desirable.
  • Background in radio production is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on audio editing experience.
  • Proficient in audio editing software such as Adobe Audition and Pro Tools.

  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with podcast hosting platforms.
