Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Podcast Content Specialist to contribute to our creative endeavors. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and developing engaging materials for our podcast episodes. Your unique and innovative writing style will be essential in creating captivating content.

Key Duties:

  • Design detailed episode frameworks that include intriguing snippets and entertaining elements aligned with the podcast's vision and objectives.
  • Write high-quality segments for hosts and producers to utilize during episode creation.
  • Modify writing tone and style to resonate with the podcast's identity and audience demographics.
  • Participate in constructive feedback discussions and implement revisions as necessary.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to accuracy by thoroughly fact-checking all written content.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a researcher and writer, especially in the realms of reality television, podcasting, or related industries.
  • Exceptional research abilities with a talent for sourcing information from diverse platforms.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a solid understanding of grammar, style, and narrative techniques.
  • Knowledge of Gen Z culture and trends.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects effectively.
  • Interest in and awareness of contemporary pop culture movements.
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a creative team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
