Sales and Marketing Specialist

The Opportunity:
This role focuses on outbound marketing and sales initiatives within the Central New Jersey region, encompassing Middlesex and neighboring areas. Our 'Open territory Model' allows for limitless geography and industry sectors to target. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance our current referral networks while also cultivating new connections. A passion for 'relationship building' is essential. The compensation structure is performance-driven, with the potential to exceed $100,000 for those who meet or surpass targets. We are on the lookout for a unique individual and are open to both part-time and full-time candidates. Our team is expanding, and we plan to onboard several new members.

Ideal candidates may include recent graduates, individuals re-entering the workforce, experienced sales and marketing professionals seeking a change, or those from the restoration sector looking for a better workplace culture and earning potential. Proven success in commercial marketing is a significant advantage. The company owner boasts a 45-year history of excellence in marketing and business development, providing ample training and support. We have recently integrated a comprehensive CRM system to enhance productivity and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage and cultivate relationships with clients, customers, and key influencers.
  • Drive revenue through effective consultative selling and relationship management.
  • Maintain and service a prioritized client list, executing established programs such as monthly educational sessions and community events.
  • Enhance sales acumen by gaining insights into production, estimating, and all facets of the business.
  • Adhere to and promote safety protocols and guidelines while in the office and during travel.
  • Increase brand visibility, promote a unified team culture, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to community service.
Qualifications:
