Sales OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm and Integrated Security Systems Sales Professional to join our team. This role offers a competitive base salary and a lucrative commission structure, with the potential to earn up to $175,000 in total earnings per year.
About the RoleThis sales position involves selling fire alarm and integrated security systems to electrical and general contractors, primarily in the new construction market. To succeed in this role, you will need three plus years of experience selling these types of systems, as well as a strong understanding of architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings/plans.
Responsibilities- Analyze bid documents to understand job labor, material, and time requirements
- Develop cost estimates by gathering bid documents, blueprints, and project specification information
- Create and present required bid documents and proposals to customers
- Closure of sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives
- Three plus years of experience selling fire alarm and integrated security systems
- Nicet level 2 certification (optional)
- Vast knowledge of NYC Fire Alarm Codes
