About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong background in life sciences to join our commercial organization. This individual will be responsible for selling capital equipment and large reagent deals to academic, pharmaceutical, and biotech accounts in New Jersey and New York.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account and territory plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to understand their scientific project and business needs, positioning our Genomic Analysis solutions to meet their requirements
  • Manage sales funnels, actively seek new prospects, and successfully close deals
  • Navigate complex sales cycles, overcome objections, and secure high-value deals
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in Life Science, with at least 1 year of capital equipment experience
  • Proven track record of success in navigating sophisticated sales cycles and securing high-value deals
  • Strong technical credibility and ability to collaborate with customers on technology solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
