Sales CompensationThe salary for this position is estimated to be between $70,000 and $105,000 depending on experience and job performance.
Job DescriptionThis is an opportunity to nurture enriching relationships with clients, build a loyal clientele, and excel in consultative sales skills. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
You will continuously develop product and sales acumen to become a vehicle authority, knowing the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.

- Exhibit consultative selling skills
- Develop product and sales acumen
You will perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles and follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
As a sales associate, you will also learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations, reporting directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Requirements include a self-starter mentality, ambitious spirit, phenomenal communication skills, professional personal appearance, clean driving record, and valid driver's license.
