Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration of our company well-being platform, ensuring seamless user experience and timely support.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to provide well-being programs and services, including website promotions, monthly newsletters, and table events.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate a minimum of two educational programs or events each quarter, focusing on employee engagement and well-being.
  • Assist with monitoring new hire benefits enrollment and dependent verification process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Contribute to benefits communications, including monthly newsletter contributions and development of SharePoint site with information videos.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Total Rewards Team.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a college-level degree program, with majors in business, health promotion, wellness, pre-health exercise, science, or kinesiology.
  • Able to commit to a full year of work, with part-time hours during the academic school year and full-time hours during the summer.
  • Experience or interest in the employee benefits or health/wellness field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
