Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor Trainee to join our team at CVS Health. As a Shift Supervisor Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with store management and staff to achieve sales goals and improve store efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and development programs to enhance leadership and management skills.
Requirements
  • Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
  • Advanced communication skills and ability to work effectively with store management and staff.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in retail or customer service.
