">Job Responsibilities
">As a full-time Custom Home Remodeler - Home Remodeling Handyman, you'll be responsible for planning and strategizing with your team to deliver high-quality projects. Your day will start with tackling exciting tasks such as kitchen and bathroom remodels, painting, flooring, and other indoor projects. In the summer, you'll take your talents outdoors to construct beautiful decks, fences, siding, windows, and doors. You'll also handle repairs and maintenance for Home Owner Associations, ensuring each task is completed efficiently and to the highest quality.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To excel in this role, you'll need experience in residential renovations and outdoor construction, a positive attitude, dependability, and professional appearance. You should have a strong work ethic and self-motivation, with the ability to receive constructive feedback. Additionally, you'll need a valid driver's license and a good driving record, as well as the ability to work well as part of a team and prioritize safety. You must also be able to lift over 75 pounds and have availability for occasional on-call work as needed.
