As a Full-Time Custom Home Remodeler, you'll have the opportunity to transform homes and bring dreams to life. Our company offers a competitive salary range of $35-$45 per hour, based on your experience. With a guaranteed 40-hour work week, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule and professional development opportunities, all while working in a supportive team environment. Your day will start with planning and strategizing with your team to deliver high-quality projects, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, painting, flooring, and other indoor tasks. In the summer, you'll take your talents outdoors to construct beautiful decks, fences, siding, windows, and doors. You'll also handle repairs and maintenance for Home Owner Associations, ensuring each task is completed efficiently and to the highest quality. To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in residential renovations and outdoor construction, a positive attitude, dependability, and professional appearance. You should have a strong work ethic and self-motivation, with the ability to receive constructive feedback. Additionally, you'll need a valid driver's license and a good driving record, as well as the ability to work well as part of a team and prioritize safety. You must also be able to lift over 75 pounds and have availability for occasional on-call work as needed.
