Job Summary
Drain Masters AK is seeking a skilled Residential Journeyman Plumber to join our team. As a Residential Plumbing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and plumbing solutions to homeowners in the area.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is around $75,000 annually, with opportunities for unlimited earning potential as you increase your skills and productivity. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and life insurance.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include consistently meeting or exceeding targets for various key performance indicators, such as calls run, calls converted to sold work, average ticket, billable efficiency, customer 5-star reviews, and memberships sold. You will also be expected to engage and uphold Drain Masters core values and company behavior, including treating all team members with respect, communicating consistently, attending and participating in company-sponsored trainings, and running our Service System on every call.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in residential plumbing, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and relevant certifications or licenses are preferred but not necessary.
