Your Role:
In this essential position, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while initiating our sales process. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs will be vital in guiding them toward effective solutions.

Transforming conversations into meaningful sales will be crucial in ensuring that every customer receives the support they require.

- Proficient in building relationships and converting prospects into loyal customers

- Skilled in managing conversations to secure successful appointments and sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Employ our proven sales strategies to enhance customer experiences and generate excitement about our offerings
- Handle incoming warm leads and convert them into appointments for our in-store consultants
- Respond promptly to all inquiries through various communication channels
- Identify and route repeat customers and non-sales activities to appropriate internal teams
- Maintain your own sales pipeline through follow-up reminders and appointment tracking

Experience & Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales
- Proven track record in inside sales or appointment scheduling with high conversion rates
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

This position is primarily onsite with potential for hybrid work arrangements.
